Our experienced training and management consultants analyse , evaluate and determine the best criteria to identify the particular improvements that you would like to achieve and the most appropriate training action for your company
We identify the most suitable resources in order to develop the training that the company needs, so that you achieve your objectives. This is why we have specialised, high-level, experienced trainers.
Before starting the training action, both consultants and trainers do the necessary interviews along with the Head of the Training Department, so that the candidate is suitable enough for the company needs and targets.
At the end of the training action we analyse the degree of accomplishment of the achieved targets.
We hand out a Report, which includes the most outstanding points of the training action and the evaluation of the final results. We make a proposal for the Follow-up and Re- cycling Actions.
